If player A1 is in the act of shooting a SUCCESSFUL two or three point try, COUNT the basket and award TWO freethrows ( with the lane CLEARED ), then give Team A the ball at the spot nearest the foul (Point of Interruption).
If player A1's shot is UNSUCCESSFUL, Award TWO foul shots ( for a TWO point attempt ) OR three foul shots ( for a THREE point attempt ), then give Team A the ball at the spot nearest the foul (Point of Interruption).
